Madeleine Duggan

Hello there! I’m Maddie, Digital Content Producer at Fides Films. I’ve been living in Folkestone for 5 years and have been hugely interested in the goings-on of the local community since going freelance as a video producer in mid-2017.

TED Talks literally get me up in the morning, so I jumped at the chance to get involved in TEDx Folkestone. I’m on the filming team, helping to build and film the incredible journey everyone’s embarking on and am absolutely loving being part of it.

It pulls in a lot of what I do in my day-to-day job – building narratives; organising shoots; filming in a variety of locations – but also enables me to exercise my love of documentary and organic filmmaking.

I can’t wait to see how it all comes together on the night!
