Event lead + event experience

Lisa Highton is this year’s Event Logistics team lead. Lisa is born and bred in Folkestone and manages the Workshop. Everything from the building and events, to looking after new & existing tenants. She also co-host’s the Business Partner radio show on Academy FM and contributes to the Leaders and Managers Hub Podcast.  She loves her music, be it 90’s pop or 80’s rock ballads and is inspired by strong, businesswomen who are also mums, like Karren Brady and Jacqueline Gold. She also confesses to have watched all 365 episodes of Greys anatomy during lockdown. She’s been a dedicated member of the TEDx Folkestone team since the very first meeting and enjoys being part of something special!
