Emma loves to see ordinary people do extraordinary things and after attending previous TEDxFolkestone events she decided to join the team for 2021 leading a team to find our next speakers. Emma lives in Dover but had worked in Folkestone for 20 years.  Having spent the last few years setting up and running her own successful coaching business online, Emma missed being part of a team, she also ‘doesn’t like to miss out on the cool stuff!’  In her daydreams, you can find Emma enjoying dinner with Oprah and Michelle Obama (Barack would have to come along too!) whilst being entertained by Beyonce or perhaps the cast of The Greatest Showman. When she’s taking some time out, you will find her walking her cocker spaniel in the woods or at the beach enjoying a favourite read, which would include pretty much anything off the personal development or autobiography shelf – always learning and growing.
